Refund Policy:
- I have a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Damages and Issues:
- Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- For items damaged in transit, contact info@booblinkajewellery.com
within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom orders and personalised items cannot be returned.
- Sale items or gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges:
- I offer credit notes for shop items if you change your mind within 7 days of receiving them.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Credit notes are valid for 12 months.

Refunds:
- Goods sold are non-refundable.
- No returns or refunds for broken/damaged items unless it's damaged in transit or deemed a manufacturing fault.
- All items are examined and recorded before dispatch for quality control.
- Refund approval will be communicated. If approved, you'll be refunded via your original payment method. Allow time for processing by your bank or credit card company.
