Simple solid gold earrings made for every day.
These handmade 9ct yellow gold circle stud earrings are small, lightweight and easy to wear, whether you wear them on their own or alongside other earrings.
Each open circle measures approximately 9mm in diameter and is made from 1mm solid gold. The simple round shape is inspired by the bubbles that have always been part of Booblinka Jewellery – a small detail that connects these everyday gold studs to the ocean and to my other designs.
Their open shape keeps them light on the ear, while the solid 9ct yellow gold means they're made to be worn and enjoyed for years rather than saved for special occasions.
I make each pair by hand in my Cornwall studio, so you may notice tiny differences between them. That's part of owning jewellery that has been made individually rather than mass produced.

Are these earrings solid gold?
Yes. The earrings are handmade from solid 9ct yellow gold. They are not gold plated or gold filled.
How big are the circle studs?
Each circle measures approximately 9mm in diameter and is around 1mm wide. They're small enough for easy everyday wear while still being noticeable on the ear.
Are they suitable for everyday wear?
Yes. I designed these as simple gold earrings that can be worn every day. Their open circle design makes them lightweight and easy to combine with other jewellery.

Yes. I make each pair by hand in my jewellery studio in Newquay, Cornwall.

What metals do you use?
All Booblinka Jewellery is made from solid gold (9ct–18ct) or sterling silver.
Is all your jewellery hallmarked?
All jewellery that requires hallmarking under UK law is independently hallmarked by the London Assay Office.
Is your sea glass jewellery one of a kind?
Yes. I use genuine sea glass, which means every piece is different. Some pieces are shaped by hand to suit the individual design.
Do you offer custom or bespoke jewellery?
Yes. I take on custom work, so it’s always worth getting in touch to discuss what you have in mind. Every piece I make is handcrafted by me in Cornwall, and I love creating something truly personal.

This pirate glass necklace is very special. It is well made. I don’t worry it might break like I do with some jewellery. The black against the gold is stunning. The necklace has an unusual, clever clasp decorated with a little jewel. It is really beautiful and I love wearing it.
The extra special and clever part for me is an opening link at the front that lets me change the pendant. I have a couple of gold charms I bought on holiday but never put on a bracelet so have never been able to wear.
I have been able to wear them on this chain which has made me very happy.

I love this ring. Made with a lovely chunky brushed silver band it feels high quality. The blue of the sea glass reminds me of blue seas on a sunny day.
The setting is just that satisfyingly bit different and quirky.
