There's something incredibly satisfying about a necklace you can play with, and this is one of my favourite designs for exactly that reason.
This sterling silver Minstrel spinning necklace with London blue topaz is my original Minstrel design, handmade in solid silver in my Cornwall workshop.
At the centre is a smooth silver bead that spins freely between your fingers. It's a simple movement, but once you start turning it, you'll probably find yourself doing it again and again.
Two beautiful London blue topaz gemstones add a rich, deep blue colour against the polished silver. I love how they complement the design without taking attention away from the spinning bead.
The pendant has a lovely, substantial feel, making it a beautiful choice if you prefer jewellery with a little more presence. It's just as lovely worn with a simple everyday outfit as it is for a special occasion.
And there's another detail I particularly love about this version.
You can choose the pendant on its own or with a sterling silver paperclip chain and my handmade hinged charm holder. The hinged ring allows you to remove the pendant, wear the chain on its own or swap it for another favourite pendant whenever you fancy a change.

Each necklace is individually handmade in my Cornwall workshop. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for making and hallmarking.

What metals do you use?
All Booblinka Jewellery is made from solid gold (9ct–18ct) or sterling silver.
Is all your jewellery hallmarked?
All jewellery that requires hallmarking under UK law is independently hallmarked by the London Assay Office.
Is your sea glass jewellery one of a kind?
Yes. I use genuine sea glass, which means every piece is different. Some pieces are shaped by hand to suit the individual design.
Do you offer custom or bespoke jewellery?
Yes. I take on custom work, so it’s always worth getting in touch to discuss what you have in mind. Every piece I make is handcrafted by me in Cornwall, and I love creating something truly personal.

This pirate glass necklace is very special. It is well made. I don’t worry it might break like I do with some jewellery. The black against the gold is stunning. The necklace has an unusual, clever clasp decorated with a little jewel. It is really beautiful and I love wearing it.
The extra special and clever part for me is an opening link at the front that lets me change the pendant. I have a couple of gold charms I bought on holiday but never put on a bracelet so have never been able to wear.
I have been able to wear them on this chain which has made me very happy.

I love this ring. Made with a lovely chunky brushed silver band it feels high quality. The blue of the sea glass reminds me of blue seas on a sunny day.
The setting is just that satisfyingly bit different and quirky.
