This is one of those pieces that has a little more personality.
I made this one-of-a-kind spinning necklace with a cat and dog design on the silver bead, a little pink ruby on one side and a pink tourmaline on the other.
The spinning bead has a lovely weight to it, and there's something quite satisfying about turning it between your fingers. I particularly like the contrast between the polished cat and dog silhouettes and the softly textured silver behind them.
It's based on my original Minstrel necklace, but with a more substantial feel and a few extra details that make it completely different.
The hinged silver charm holder also means you can remove the pendant and wear it on another chain if you fancy a change.
This is the only one I've made, and I won't be making another.

What metals do you use?
All Booblinka Jewellery is made from solid gold (9ct–18ct) or sterling silver.
Is all your jewellery hallmarked?
All jewellery that requires hallmarking under UK law is independently hallmarked by the London Assay Office.
Is your sea glass jewellery one of a kind?
Yes. I use genuine sea glass, which means every piece is different. Some pieces are shaped by hand to suit the individual design.
Do you offer custom or bespoke jewellery?
Yes. I take on custom work, so it’s always worth getting in touch to discuss what you have in mind. Every piece I make is handcrafted by me in Cornwall, and I love creating something truly personal.

This pirate glass necklace is very special. It is well made. I don’t worry it might break like I do with some jewellery. The black against the gold is stunning. The necklace has an unusual, clever clasp decorated with a little jewel. It is really beautiful and I love wearing it.
The extra special and clever part for me is an opening link at the front that lets me change the pendant. I have a couple of gold charms I bought on holiday but never put on a bracelet so have never been able to wear.
I have been able to wear them on this chain which has made me very happy.

I love this ring. Made with a lovely chunky brushed silver band it feels high quality. The blue of the sea glass reminds me of blue seas on a sunny day.
The setting is just that satisfyingly bit different and quirky.
