Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Booblinka Jewellery - every order is lovingly prepared and securely shipped from my workshop in Newquay, Cornwall.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your jewellery will be packaged, shipped, and insured.
What’s Included in Your Package
Every order is beautifully wrapped and presented in a plush ivory Booblinka Jewellery box. Inside you’ll find:
- Your handcrafted piece of jewellery
- A polishing cloth in a white logo envelope
- A thank you card with jewellery care tips on the back
- My business card
- A keepsake leaflet sharing my story and inspiration
Each parcel is carefully packaged for safety and sent fully insured. Occasionally, I include a little treat like chocolate - it depends on the season and packaging weight.
How Long Will It Take to Receive Your Order

Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Dispatched within 1–3 working days via Royal Mail Special Delivery (tracked, insured, and signed for).

Made-to-Order & Bespoke Designs: These take longer to create, as each piece is handmade to order. Timescales vary depending on design, materials, and hallmarking. If you have a specific date in mind, please let me know before ordering - I’ll always do my best to meet it.

Shipping Locations
I currently ship to:
- United Kingdom
- Channel Islands and surrounding UK islands
- United States
- Australia
If you live elsewhere, please get in touch before placing your order. I’m happy to explore international shipping options - provided you agree to cover all customs fees, courier charges, and import taxes.
I don’t currently ship to Europe or Northern Ireland due to new import regulations, but this may change in the future.
Shipping Methods
- UK Orders: Sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured and requiring a signature upon delivery.
- International Orders (USA & Australia): Sent using trusted couriers such as DHL, UPS, or DPD, depending on current service reliability and insurance options.
- Free UK Delivery: Orders over £500 currently qualify for free UK delivery (this may change in the future).
- All parcels are insured for their full value and packaged with great care to ensure safe arrival.
Returns, Exchanges & Damages
Because each piece is handmade and often one of a kind, I don’t accept returns for change of mind.
If you wish to exchange a ready-to-ship piece, please email me first to discuss options - I may be able to exchange it for another item of similar value.
If your jewellery arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. I’ll arrange a repair or replacement once the original piece is returned. Refunds are not offered unless a replacement isn’t possible.
All return requests must be approved in advance - please email info@booblinkajewellery.com before sending anything back.
Insurance & Responsibility
Every parcel is fully insured while in transit. Once delivered and signed for, the responsibility passes to the buyer.
For your peace of mind, please ensure you or someone you trust is available to receive the parcel.
VAT & Customs
- I am not VAT-registered, so the prices shown are the final amounts you pay.
- Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged by their country.
